East Riding College is one of a select group of public and private sector organisations who are working together as part of the Mail's Bounce Back campaign.
The campaign was instigated by Mail News and Media, which publishes the Hull Daily Mail and the East Riding Mail, as a way of bringing together organisations to help the region recover from the recession.
Our colleagues in this campaign include East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Hull City Council, Humberside Police, Bonus Electrical, Hull City AFC and a number of other public and private sector bodies.
The campaign aims to highlight simple things residents and businesses can do to play their part, such as buying locally.
Through this campaign, East Riding College will emphasise the importance of education and training in helping people make the most of their lives and improve their career options in these difficult economic times.
We will also be publicising courses which have been designed specifically to help people who have been made redundant recently or who have been out of work for some time.
