March 2010
The AGM is an opportunity to find out more about the work of East Riding College over the past year and our plans for the future. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
This is combined with our annual awards ceremony, where students are recognised for the hard work they have put in. Awards are presented by each curriculum area and an overall student of the year is named.
NVQ level three Catering students will be producing a meal alongside James McKenzie and his team of chefs from the Pipe and Glass Inn in South Dalton.
This will be for a charity dinner in the Longcroft Hall restaurant in the College's Beverley campus.
Open events give you the chance to find out about several different subject areas and courses in one go. There are tutors present from all subject areas who will answer your questions and give you information about the courses. They can also help you fill in your application form. Open events are an opportunity to see what the College looks like and to have a walk round the buildings.
