Fee refund policy
Fees will only be refunded in exceptional circumstances.
a) Where courses are cancelled by the College prior to commencement date.
b) Where a learner advises of their withdrawal in writing 14 days or more before the commencement of the course - a full refund less administration fee.
*c) Where a learner does not attend the first meeting of the class, a refund of 75 per cent of tuition fees less an administration fee is payable on written application.
*d)Where a learner attends no more than two meetings of the class, a refund of 50 per cent of tuition fees less an administration fee is payable on written application.
*e)Where a learner is unable to continue due to ill-health at any point during the course, a refund pro-rata for non-attendance less an administration fee is payable on written application with supporting medical evidence.
*To be eligible for a refund (c, d and e) learners must apply in writing within two weeks of last attendance.
