Prize draw conditions
Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from East Riding College.
1) Details of the Competition
1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message starting with the word "erc" to 60999 (the "Text Message Line"). Text messages sent by the entrant will be charged at standard network rates. The Text Message Line is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
1.2 On 31 August 2010, the marketing and communications manager at East Riding College will at random choose one winning entrant from all those who have entered. The winning entrants will receive a text notifying them and will be asked to come to the East Riding College campus closest to them with the telephone they used to enter the Competition. The relevant member of staff will then telephone the number in question to ensure the telephone the entrant has brought with them is indeed the winning telephone.
1.3 The names of the winners and the town/village where they live will be published on the East Riding College website.
2) Eligibility
2.1 There are no eligibility restrictions on entering this competition.
3) Prize
3.1 The prizes are a Nintendo Wii with one controller, an iPod Nano 8GB and six driving lessons.
