Description

To provide administration assistance and to assist with the effective and optimum allocation of College accommodation.  To assist the Facilities Manager and Officers to ensure a safe, effective and efficient environment across all College sites.

Applicants will have experience in an administration role and of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint).  Applicants will be educated to Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent).  The willingness to be trained as a Fire Warden is essential.

The post holder will be based at the Beverley site and the hours of work are 10am - 2.30pm Monday to Friday.  This is a temporary post to cover maternity leave.
