East Riding College is looking to appoint two Contract Compliance Assistants, one on a 12 month fixed term basis and one on a permanent basis. Both posts will be based at the Beverley site.
To support the Contract Compliance Manager in ensuring College documentation meets audit requirements, with a particular focus on ESF and external contracts. Experience of data processing/use of management information systems, together with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail; and the ability to work under pressure using own initiative is essential. Knowledge of the ILR (Individualised Learner Record); of ESF or other European project funding; and of the data requirements of external funding agencies is desirable but not essential.
Educated to GCSE or Level 2 including GCSE grade A* - C in English and Mathematics is essential.

You will have proven experience in the vocationally specific area, effective communication skills; have an awareness of potential security issues, and have an understanding of equality and diversity.
