East Riding College is looking to appoint a Client Services Assistant to work three evenings per week during term time, to provide a high level of customer service to all external and internal customers.  You will provide reception cover to support the College's Learner Services processes.  The role will include switchboard and enquiry handling and other support functions incorporating learner applications, enrolments and various systems relating to financial and welfare support.

Applicants will have recent and relevant experience of working in a front line customer service environment, clerical and administration experience and experience of dealing with enquiries in person, by telephone and in writing.  Intermediate level IT skills to include word processing, spreadsheets and databases are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to organise and prioritise your work load.

Applicants will be educated to Level 2 or equivalent and will hold or be willing to work towards Level 2 Customer Service or an Administration qualification.

Hours of work are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 4.30pm - 7.30pm term time only.

East Riding College is looking to recruit a Contract Co-ordinator with strong organisation, communication and problem solving skills to co-ordinate ESF and other external contracts to ensure that delivery income targets are achieved.

The ideal candidate will have experience of programme/project co-ordination and the ability to work under pressure using their own initiative. 

Applicants will be educated to Level 3 or equivalent and hold Level 2 English and Mathematics.

This is a full time position (37hpw) and is offered on a fixed term basis for 12 months.  The postholder will be based at the Beverley site.

East Riding College is looking to appoint two Contract Compliance Assistants, one on a 12 month fixed term basis and one on a permanent basis.  Both posts will be based at the Beverley site.

To support the Contract Compliance Manager in ensuring College documentation meets audit requirements, with a particular focus on ESF and external contracts.  Experience of data processing/use of management information systems, together with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail; and the ability to work under pressure using own initiative is essential.  Knowledge of the ILR (Individualised Learner Record); of ESF or other European project funding; and of the data requirements of external funding agencies is desirable but not essential.

Educated to GCSE or Level 2 including GCSE grade A* - C in English and Mathematics is essential.
