CIEH Level Three in HACCP in Manufacturing

The Level Three Award in HACCP in Manufacturing is aimed at managers and supervisors to develop the required knowledge and practical skills to implement a HACCP plan in their workplace. 

What will I study?

  • Developing a food safety management system
  • How to develop, monitor and evaluate HACCP-based systems
  • Qualification information

How will I be assessed?

You will be assessed by satisfactory completion of a external assessment and a written exam.

 If unfortunately you fail the exam you will be able to re-sit at no extra cost.

Entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements.

What next?

Opportunity to progress onto the HABC Level Three Award in Food Safety Supervision or the HABC Level Four Award in Food Safety Catering Management for Manufacturing.
