CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice

The level three course gives those involved in human resources provision the essential knowledge and skills required to progress within the profession. It is ideal for those working in human resources who do not currently hold a formal HR qualification.

It involves 140 taught hours over an academic year.

How will I be assessed?

Assessment is carried out through assignments and presentations/practical activities. There are no examinations.

Entry requirements

Whilst no formal qualifications are required, competent written English skills will be needed to support assignment writing and some human resource experience would be an advantage

Additional support is available for those learners returning to education after a break.

What next?

CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, Level 7 programme and Master's Degrees.
