This course has been designed to enhance and develop the skills of reps that are operating at all levels of the employment relations structure. It is aimed at both reps with little or no experience in dealing with difficult situations to the more skills and experienced reps who already deals with the more complex and complicated areas of the employment relations machinery.
What will I study?
The course will introduce learners to the broad concept of Emotional Intelligence (EQ). Develop and enhance their ability to deal with intimidating behaviour; improve their skills in Practical Bargaining and Negotiating; develop a better understanding of the importance and effects of 'non-verbal communication' and develop their ability to influence and persuade others.
