English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) - all levels

You will improve your English by following a programme of study designed to suit your individual needs. Before you enrol, you can meet your tutor and discuss the best course for you to follow. There are courses running at different levels from elementary to advanced. They can be either class-taught or run on a workshop basis. You can enrol for as many hours as you wish per week (maximum four) on a termly basis. If you wish to study more intensively, there is an extra language drop-in session you can attend, or facilities for self-study are available in the Learning Resource Centre. With your tutor you can choose the best combination of courses for you.
