Equality Act 2010
The Equality Act 2010 is one of the major pieces of Employment legislation of this century. This short course will look in detail at the Act, and will concentrate on protected characteristics, direct and indirect discrimination, harassment and victimisation as defined by the legislation. Reps will be equipped with a basic working knowledge of the Act and gain a useful insight into how to use its provisions when advising, supporting and representing members.
