What will I study?

Level 2 Certificate in Highway Electrical Work

Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Highway Electrical Systems

Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS) 

IOSH Health and Safety training

First Aid at Work

How will I be assessed?

A range of workbooks that will be answered during taught sessions. You will be expected to sit an exam to pass the ECS card. You will also be assessed on site as part of the NVQ aspect of the course.

How will the course be delivered?

I day per week at College and 4 days with your employer.

Entry requirements

A good understanding of electrical knowledge and at least a Grade 5 in Maths and English

What next?

You could progress onto a Level 3 electrical course of your choice.
