HABC Level Three Effective Auditing and Inspection Skills

This qualification is aimed at those who are involved in practical auditing or inspection of food premises and responsible for verifying HACCP.

This course will be offfered at the St James Centre, Hull, 20 December, 9am-5pm

How will I be assessed?

Assessment is by a 30 question multiple-choice examination. However, if you fail the exam you will be able to re-sit at no extra cost.
