Level Two Award in Introduction to Mental Health Awareness
This course aims to provide people with an understanding that all individuals can have mental health issues and that an individual’s experience of mental health can fluctuate on a spectrum. It also provides learners with an understanding of how to self-manage their own mental health and wellbeing. It can useful for friends, family, employees and employers.
This course will be taken by classroom attendance unless government guidelines change then it will move to online. If it moves to online you will complete at home a workshop booklet from the awarding body which the tutor sends out by email. If you pass you will receive from the awarding body your accredited certificate. No classroom exam required. You will need a laptop with the software for opening Word and PDF files. Full support is given throughout the course. You will be invited via MS Teams to attend the classroom session.

How will I be assessed?
This qualification is assessed through completion of an open-response learner workbook which will be assessed and internally quality assured by the centre.
