NVQ Level Two Food Manufacture

The aim of this qualification is to provide the work based competency knowledge and practical skills based on the National Occupational Standards for Food Manufacture part of the Food Manufacture Industrial sector .

What will I study?

All candidates must complete the two units in Group A Mandatory Core units, plus a minimum of four optional units and a maximum of two specified units from within their selected pathway (eight units to be taken in total).

What next?

It also provides progression in terms of new entrant workers/career opportunities in this sector of the Food Manufacture Industrial sector as part of a suite of qualifications up to level four
