NVQ Level Two Diploma in Sales

This course is aimed at those who wish to move up the career ladder or looking to develop some specialist skills such as understanding buyer behaviour or face to face selling.

What will I study?

Level 2 focuses on skills requiring greater professional responsibility, such as:

  • time planning
  • selling face to face
  • buyer behaviour
  • decision making.



How will I be assessed?

Assessment will also take place in the workplace and will include a portfolio of evidence to meet the criteria of the qualification.

Evidence may include professional discussion, e-observation, IT assignments or producing work materials such as a presentation.

What next?

Learners can confidently progress at their own pace through level two to three in Sales.
