Diploma in Digital Applications (DiDA) for IT Users

East Riding College is running a Diploma in Digital Applications (DiDa) for IT users starting September 2006. The course is unique in its scope, philosophy and delivery methods.  It is designed to connect students more closely with their goals, in further education or employment, as well as in other areas of the curriculum.

Course Tutor Steve Edwards said "Digital media now plays an increasingly important part in our everyday lives and in the world of work.  With DiDA, you'll learn how to manage and present your work in an eportfolio and how to use a variety of software.  Skills in digital applications provide a wide range of career options, as well as a route into further and higher education.  You will learn how to use a variety of software and will  work with:  databases, internet and intranet, E-mail, presentations, spreadsheets, word processing and Eportfolio design."
