The 28-page document features everything businesses need to know about the workforce development services provided by the College, which has sites in Beverley, Bridlington and Hull.
This includes information on the business advisors, Helen Powell and Erica Hillan, who work with organisations to find out what training could benefit them and then support them throughout the process.
The prospectus also covers Apprenticeships and Train to Gain, and the way the College works with employers to ensure they get the results they want from training without impacting on their day-to-day operations.
Case studies are also featured to show how East Riding College already works with employers.
The prospectus concludes with a list of courses appropriate to employers' needs, covering a broad range of subject areas.

Andrew Wren, director of employer engagement and marketing (pictured above), said: "The employer prospectus aims to give businesses all the information they need about East Riding College's workforce development services.
"It is a key part of our drive to make training more accessible and easier to understand, along with the new employers section on our website."
