The £17m building, which opened to students in September 2009, is one of 10 in contention for an award in the Best Educational Building category.
The winners will be announced by the LABC, which represents local authority building control departments, at a national awards ceremony on Tuesday, November 2 at The Brewery in London.
The campus was built on the same site as the College's previous building in St Mary's Walk and opened to students in September 2009 after a one-year construction programme.

John Doris, the College's director of resources, said: "It's great news that the College has been selected to represent our region in these national awards.
"Our Bridlington campus has proven really popular with students and staff alike, and I'm delighted that the LABC agree that it is an excellent building, both in terms its use and its architectural merits."

The campus development involved project managers and quantity surveyors EC Harris, architects Jefferson Sheard and main contractor Wates Construction Ltd.
Work began in the summer of 2008 and was completed a year later, in time for staff to move across to the new building before the start of the 2009-2010 academic year.
The demolition of the old building was completed in the autumn of 2009 to make way for a new sports pitch which will host its first matches next month.
