29th July 2011 9:35pm - Return to press releases

People who want to strengthen their CV or simply learn new skills can find their ideal course in East Riding College's comprehensive new course listing.
The 2011/2012 edition, featuring hundreds of courses starting from September, is now available and is being distributed across East Yorkshire and parts of North Yorkshire.
The publication features a wide range of programmes from a variety of subject areas and for the first time includes details of full-time and higher education courses and apprenticeships, in addition to the part-time courses it has traditionally contained.
There is also information on a range of measures the College has put in place in response to the recession, such as flexible payment plans and free tuition for those who are eligible.

Principal Derek Branton said: "We are determined to ensure that education remains affordable and have worked hard to come up with a package which will enable people to improve their CV and develop their knowledge in a wide range of subject areas.
"Summer is a time when a lot of people are thinking about taking their next step by enrolling on a course to help them get a new job, earn a promotion or change career. Our course listing is full of ideas to help you do just that."
