Tickets are now on sale for the meal in the College's Archers Restaurant at the Bridlington campus on Thursday, November 24. The cost is £12.50 per person.
Starters on the menu include risotto of smoked haddock and peas, French onion soup and goat's cheese and sun dried tomato tart with mains of fillet of cod wrapped in cabbage leaves, with a ragout of mixed beans and chorizo sausage and pork fillet wrapped in grilled aubergine, with a Portuguese style sauce and saffron rice timbale. Puddings include chocolate amoretti pudding and Austrian-style baked rum and raisin cheesecake.
The evening has been organised by students Katie Haywood, Mollie-Rose Brown and Jessica Kaye, along with catering and hospitality students.

Katie said: "Tickets are already selling quickly for this themed evening so I would advise people to book quickly. Proceeds will go to the Make-A-Wish Foundation so it really is for a good cause."
From 10am to 2pm on November 24, members of the public will be able to visit the College's New Horizons travel agency and pay just £36 per person for a P&O Ferries trip to Amsterdam. Terms and conditions apply.

To book tickets for the meal, which requires a £5 deposit, call Archers Restaurant on 01262 455063. For more information on the trips to Amsterdam, call New Horizons on 01262 455021.
