22nd May 2012 4:27pm - Return to press releases
East Riding College has published its latest prospectus which focuses on courses relevant to businesses in the region.
The guide features everything businesses need to know about the workforce development services provided by the College, which has sites in Beverley, Bridlington and Hull.
This includes apprenticeships and a related £1,500 grant incentive, courses to improve staff skills and courses which ensure organisations meet important legislation, such as food hygiene regulations.
It also features case studies which demonstrate the benefits of training and outlines how the College works with employers to ensure they get the results they want from training without impacting on their day-to-day operations.
Business development manager Rachael Owen said: “Training is essential to the success of a business and even though budgets are tight during these difficult times, the right courses can have real benefits in terms of efficiency and productivity.
“Our employer prospectus features essential courses across the full range of job types and in areas from hair and beauty to business and administration.”
