Money raised for child cancer charity
18th January 2016 5:30pm - Return to press releases

Business studies students from East Riding College raised £131 for the Candlelighters charity.
The learners held a sale at the College’s Bridlington campus, in St Mary’s Walk, raising money from gifts and bric-a-brac which had been donated by fellow students and staff.
Tutor Sally Elliott said: “Thank you to everyone who was so generous in donating items and buying them or making a donation.
“Candlelighters do an awful lot of important work in assisting children with cancer and their families, so we were very pleased to be able to raise this money for the charity.”
