East Riding College has been shortlisted in the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Training Provider Awards for its delivery of professional accountancy courses.
The College, which has main campuses in Beverley and Bridlington, has rapidly grown its range of accounting qualifications over the past five years as interest from members of the public and employers has increased.
It now includes short beginner courses at level one and goes up to year-long level four programmes for qualified accounting technicians and managers.
The winners of the 12 AAT award categories will be announced at a ceremony at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole on May 5.

Head of business Kate Harding said: “We are delighted to be shortlisted for these prestigious awards which is an acknowledgement of how far we have come over recent years.
“These qualifications have proven very useful for our learners as they look to progress in their careers or move into a new job and we are continuing to expand our range in the future.”

East Riding College offers courses accredited by the Association of Accounting Technicians and will also be providing courses from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from September.
