The Position

As the Distance Learning Programmes Administrator, you will carry out all administrative tasks relating to the College’s Distance Learning programmes, and well as provide reports to management required. You will work closely with the Distance Learning to ensure clear and effective processes are in place and employed to support, monitor and record distance learning activity including the online assessment platform.

This post is based at our state of the art facility at Flemingate, Beverley.

What we need from you

You will have experience of carrying out a range of administrative duties, and of using Microsoft Office. You will be qualified to level 2, including GCSE English and Maths. You will have the ability to communicate both written and verbally, and the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, learners, placement providers and other organisations.

The Role

As a Carpentry and Joinery Tutor, you will teach and provide appropriate support across a range of qualifications and prepare and assemble suitable teaching materials and learning resources.   You will also be involved in the development of the curriculum area, with a focus on maximising learner success and achievement.

This post will be based at our state of the art site in Flemingate, Beverley, with some possible travel to the College base at St Mary’s Walk, Bridlington.

What We Need From You

You will hold a level 3 qualification relevant to the curriculum area and have experience of teaching and learning, and knowledge of a range of related qualifications. A teaching qualification (Cert Ed/PGCE) is essential, or the willingness to work towards this. An Assessors award would be desirable.

As a Tutor of Electrical, you will take a leading role in the development of delivery for the Electrical provision, with a particular focus on the Electrical Apprenticeship and Study programme. You will prepare and assemble suitable teaching materials and learning resources for the delivery of all courses/classes designated, all to maximise learner success, achievement and retention.

This post will be based at our fantastic site on the Flemingate development in Beverley.  

What We Need From You

You will hold a minimum of a level 3 qualification relevant to the curriculum area, and ideally hold a teaching qualification (PGCE/Cert Ed). You should have experience of teaching within this area, and of apprenticeship standards and end point assessments. You will also hold an Assessors Award, and have knowledge of a range of related qualifications.
