The Role

As Internal Quality Assurance, you will take a key role in the interal quality assurance of the Electrical Apprenticeship curriculum, and provide appropriate support and guidance to assessors. You will maintrain up to date IQA files for all courses across the Electrical curriculum, with a focus on maximising learner success and achievement.

This post will be based at our state of the art site in Flemingate, Beverley.

What We Need From You

You will hold a level 3 qualification relevant to the curriculum area and have experience of quality assurance procedures, and knowledge of a range of related qualifications. You should be qualified to TAQA and IQA standards, and have knowledge of apprenticeships.

What We Need From You

The successful candidate will possess and be able to deliver both the Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications, as well as possess a teaching qualification (Cert Ed/PGCE) or be willing to work towards this.

The Role

As a Data Services Assistant, you will work process learner enrolments and registry data in line with College and audit requirements, ensuring records are accurate and processed promptly. You will monitor the accuracy of learner documentation and inform the Data Services Manager of key issues and trends, and work closely with curriculum teams to provide advice and support on the correct completion of learner documentation, including enrolment forms and registers.

The post will be based at our fantastic, state of the art site at Flemingate, Beverley, with some possible travel to our other College sites.

What We Need From You

You will ideally have experience of data processing and administrative work, as well as experience of working within a team. You will have excellent IT and communication skills, and the ability to work methodically with attention to detail.

You will be educated to Level 2 standard, including English and Maths, and have good organisational and prioritisation skills.

The TEC Partnership is a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation. We are officially an “Outstanding” educational provider.

Following the merger of East Riding College with TEC Partnership (formerly the Grimsby Institute Group) and a restructure of the enlarged Group’s HR team, a new role of HR Business partner is now available based primarily at East Ridings College’s campus in Beverley, East Yorkshire.

This is a key HR role at the College, being the senior post in the East Riding HR team. The postholder will report to the Group Head of Employee Relations but will also build strong working relationships with the College Principal and his management teams at Beverley, Bridlington and Hull providing specialist HR advice and support in all aspects of people planning and management.

The successful applicant should be an experienced HR professional with a good knowledge of all key HR processes and with a strong background in Employee Relations. Presentation, Coaching and mentoring skills are also important.

Ideally you should have an education background although this is not essential.
