Suitable for those in a first line management role with operational/project responsibilities, or those managing a team.

What will I study?

  • Self-awareness and decision making

How will I be assessed?

Achievement of the course is dependent on passing the end point assessment. The end point assessment will consist of a knowledge test, competency based interview, assessment of a portfolio of evidence, review of Continuing Professional Development Log and a professional discussion with Q&A.
