Tech Management Quality Assurance- Food Manufacturing

This Skills Bootcamp is designed for Technical Managers Food Production Managers working within the diverse operational food industry and can help upskill existing staff within the food manufacturing sector and help others who wish to take up a career in environmental health. These qualifications provide specific management skills and the required underpinning knowledge of food safety to implement and assure compliance in the food sector and management of the food production, including microbiological controls auditing & food allergen, mycotoxins, design and cleaning procedures. It includes the training of the wider teams to ensure the food production sector in the region continues to grow.  This course will include a qualification of Level 4 in Food Safety in Manufacturing, and a Level 4 HACCP in codex. Having a level; 3 food safety or proof of long-term industrial experience will be required to ensure we can support you.
